Deep Core Flow
Jen's signature class, Deep Core Flow, is a flowing yoga style designed to effectively use the superficial and deep core of the body to create stability and mobility. You will explore the body’s full range of motion while cultivating precision, alignment, balance, flexibility, grace, power and strength.
Expect a healthy dose of intelligent & creative sequencing of standing poses, arm balances, twists, backbends and inversions along with dynamic and specific core movements that build core strength and power. Using mindfulness techniques such as pranayama and meditation, these classes will deepen your awareness and enhance your happiness and well-being long after you have rolled up your mat.

This class is intermediate level.
Learn core strength techniques with foundational yoga postures and breath work to create whole body stability, mobility , mental calmness and clarity.
You will learn:
- Deep Core Flow Principles to build stability and mobility with ease.
- Proper alignment of Yoga Asanas (postures)
- How to activate your deep core for support and stability.
- How to breath in a way that is calming, grounding and energising.
You will build confidence, calmness and mindfulness to optimise the benefits of yoga both on and off the mat.
This slow and easy to follow class is perfect for the absolute beginner, injury management, the experienced yogi who wants to revisit basics or those who just want to relax and unwind.
This class is beginner level.
For your Info
Be Punctual – Please come at least 10 mins early to settle.
Class Length – Drop in classes are 75 mins . Mindfulness classes are 60 mins. Beginners Course is 90 mins.
Bookings – No booking required (except for Sunrise Yoga and Courses)
Listen to you body and avoid pushing your self beyond your physical limitations.
What to Bring – Please bring towel, water and mat if you have one. ( mats are provided however if you intend on a regular practice it is best to have your own sticky mat)
What to wear - Sports clothes that are comfortable, breathable and not too loose.
Avoid a large meal within 2hrs of class and hydrate adequately before and after.
