    Class Descriptions

    Deep Core Flow

Jen's signature class, Deep Core Flow, is a slow flowing yoga style designed to effectively use the superficial and deep core of the body to create stability and mobility. Through fluid, untethered movement you will explore the body’s full range of motion while cultivating precision, alignment, balance, flexibility, power and strength.

Somatic inquiry, breathing and mindfulness practices fuse with slow flowing vinyasa, creating an inquiry-driven exploration of yoga into how your structure really wants to move and heal.

Expect a healthy dose of intelligent & creative sequencing of standing poses, arm balances, twists, backbends and inversions along with dynamic and specific core movements that build core strength and power. Using mindfulness techniques such as pranayama and meditation, these classes will deepen your awareness and enhance your happiness and well-being long after you have rolled up your mat.

Prepare to sweat, smile and feel amazing!

    This class is intermediate level.

    Beginners Flow

Learn core strength techniques with foundational yoga postures and breath work to create whole body stability, mobility , mental calmness and clarity. Somatic inquiry, breathing and mindfulness practices fuse with slow flowing movements, creating an inquiry-driven exploration of yoga into how your structure really wants to move and heal.

    You will learn:

    • Deep Core Flow Principles to build stability and mobility with ease
    • Proper alignment of Yoga Asanas (postures)
    • How to move with fluidity restoring the health of the spine and tissue
    • How to activate your deep core for support and stability
    • How to breath in a way that is calming, grounding and energising

You will build confidence, calmness and mindfulness to optimise the benefits of yoga both on and off the mat.

This slow paced and easy to follow class is perfect for the absolute beginner, injury management, the experienced yogi who wants to revisit basics or those who just want to relax and unwind.

    This class is beginner level.

This class is the perfect balance to our ‘On the Go Life Styles’. Understanding the need for dynamic movement (Yang) but also to slow down to replenish and allow for deep rest (Yin).

Starting with a flowing, dynamic and strengthening Vinyasa Yoga (Yang). Getting the body and energy moving, as we begin to wring out all the stresses of the working day, both physically and mentally.

Flowing effortlessly into second of half of our class; a wonderfully nourishing, releasing and restoring Yin Yoga practice. Mindful long held floor based stretches (3-5 mins), targeting the deep connective tissue, ligaments and fascia of the body; increasing our flexibility, rebalancing our energy, whilst allowing for the mind and nervous system to settle down deeply into a calming meditative state.

All resulting in a delicious release and ‘letting go’ of those tight held areas of tension we all carry and store. You will leave feeling fully balanced, naturally energised and lighter, with a greater sense of harmony and effortless ease, both inside and out!

    Suitable for all levels.
