Learn the basics of yoga, meditation, self inquiry, nutrition and healthy living on this 4 day, 3 night retreat in tropical paradise. With plenty of time to chill out, explore the area, have a relaxing massage or simply curl up with a good book overlooking the ocean, this retreat will leaving you feeling relaxed and completely refreshed.
Your days will consist of morning yoga, a delicious, healthy breakfast, fresh smoothies and juices, health talks during the day and a nutrition workshop, and plenty of free time. Enjoy restorative yoga and meditation before a healthy, tasty dinner you have chosen from the special menu designed for the retreat.

This is Vinyasa but not as you know it! Jen Hamilton is the creator of Deep Core Flow Yoga. Based on updated biomechanics you will be adventuring into yourself with core generated flowing asana sequences you will liberate from mechanical, linear movements and learn to activate your deep core lines, building strength, power with a deep sense of ease in mind and body. Known for her warm and approachable style of teaching that encourages self awareness, playfulness, exploration, artistry and mastery through movement you will leave this retreat feeling inspired, cleansed and restored.
At the tropical oceanside rainforest of Sanctuary Retreat, your days will consist of morning yoga, a delicious, healthy breakfast, fresh smoothies and juices, followed by free time during the day to rest, read, relax, explore or pamper yourself.
