Enjoy daily Yoga, Meditation and all things healthy on this 4 day, 3 night retreat in tropical paradise. With plenty of time to chill out, explore the area, have a relaxing massage or simply curl up with a good book overlooking the ocean, this retreat will leaving you feeling relaxed and completely refreshed.
Your days will consist of morning yoga, a delicious, healthy breakfast, fresh smoothies and juices, a healthy hormones info session, and plenty of free time. Enjoy Restorative , Yin yoga and Meditation before a healthy, tasty dinner you have chosen from the special menu designed for the retreat.
With a combined experience of over 30 years in the health and wellness industry, Jen and Nyree’s relaxed approach to their retreats ensure you leave feeling happy, refreshed and healthy inside and out.

8.00am: A Juicy Deep Core Flow Practice - Includes pranayama, mediation and relaxation. (2 hrs)
10am: Fresh juice & smoothies and healthy buffet breakfast
11.00am: Free Time
5.00 pm: Sweet and Soft Restorative Practice - Yin Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation (60 mins)
7.00pm : Nutritious vegetarian dinner with Indian buffet on last night

Yoga with Jen Hamilton
Tap into vitality with Jen's signature style Deep Core Flow. With a focus on informed alignment based on a sound knowledge of anatomy and contemporary movement principles you will be adventuring into yourself with core generated flowing asana sequences. You will activate your deep core through rhythmic, circular and wave like motions that will mobilise and hydrate your body while building strength, power, lightness and ease.
We will explore, meditation, pranayama, as well as self inquiry tools and techniques to help you navigate yourself and life with skill. We will explore new ways of moving that meets YOUR body's needs, taking your practice, awareness and love of self to a whole new level. Retreats with Jen will break you out of the same old box, revealing new territory in the body, mind and heart inspiring a dedication to living authentically, courageously and joyfully.
Jen is known for her warm and approachable style of facilitating that encourages self inquiry through curiosity, courage through vulnerability, playfulness and creativity through movement. You will leave this retreat feeling inspired, cleansed and restored.
Yoga & Nutrition for Vitality

As a Naturopath, Nyree Banks loves to restore health and vitality to her clients. A lover of yoga, healthy living and clean, wholesome food, Nyree believes wellness is a journey of self-discovery and loves the process and evolution that goes with growth and self-empowerment.
Sessions with Nyree will include Deep Core Flow and Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, Meditations and Mindfulness Practices and a Healthy Hormones naturally talk.
With over 13 years experience as a Naturopath and Nutritionist and over 400 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in the mix. Retreats with Nyree will inspire and give you the tools to be more connected, more aware and be the healthiest version of you. Her practical and simplistic approach to health is refreshing and allows you to start making the necessary changes without overwhelm.
Healthy Hormones Info Session
Living with your hormones out of whack can be totally consuming and interfere in your quality of life. This super informative talk will give you a basic understanding of your hormones and their cycles, how and why these hormones can go off track and all of the different ways this can affect you throughout the years. We will also discuss ways to test your hormone levels and which one may be better for you and which ones aren't worth doing. We will go through naturopathic, nutritional and herbal ways of balancing hormones safely and effectively and there will be plenty of time for questions and chats.
Sanctuary Retreat is the ideal venue for a yoga retreat. Set amongst the rainforest with beautiful ocean views and a private beach, you will be chilled out in no time.

Check-in and check-out
Arrival time on the first day is from 2pm. The first yoga class and formal group welcome is at 4.30 pm in the Yoga Hut, allowing you time to arrive, get settled into your room, eat well and perhaps have a massage or swim. Due to flights people arrive at all different times in the day but aim to be there as early as possible so you have time to unwind and relax before yoga.
Check-out of the resort and retreat end is 12 midday on the last day.
Location: Sanctuary can be found at 72 Holt Rd, Garners Beach, Mission Beach in tropical North Queensland, about 2 hours south of Cairns and 3 hours north of Townsville.
Arrival: To help ensure the serenity of Sanctuary is preserved, no private vehicles are allowed beyond the carpark. The Sanctuary 4WD vehicle transports guests on arrival with their luggage from the car park to the main building between 8am and 9 pm. Please note that the latest arrival time must be before 9.00pm.
Greyhound and Premier coaches will arrive at Wongaling Beach (also know as Mission Beach Central) from here you will need to take a taxi (0429 689 366 or 13 1008) to Sanctuary. Download a street map and detailed information for both bus and self-drive travellers. Those travelling by coach should advise Sanctuary of their coach time at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

For those interested in more creature comforts, then the deluxe canopy cabins may be for you.
Larger than the rainforest huts, these cabins are stylishly appointed with polished wooden floors, handmade natural timber furniture and spectacular glass-walled bathrooms looking out high in the trees.
Accessed by a boardwalk to protect the forest floor, the secluded rainforest huts have no solid walls; instead the timber structure is screened on all four sides with weatherproof curtains. A minimalist design maximises the sights, sounds and smells of the rainforest. Each hut has a small veranda, simple furnishings and sleeps two in either double or twin occupancy.
