The joy of movement
Exploring different themes, Jen will take you on a journey of spirals, waves, pulses, expansion and contraction, breath and awareness, moving and stillness. Move through a juicy warm up allowing the body to find its own way before layering the depths of strength and length in our bodies as we work through beautifully choreographed rounds of sequences.
Jen's style of Core Vinyasa calls forth the natural intelligence in the body and breath to find a lyrical, moving meditation that unveils the true yoga within us.
Explore how your structure really wants to move and how to enhance strength and stability without limitations. In the relationship between movement and stillness learn to be powerful without strain and mobile without injury. Everyone can learn to breathe and move with grace.
This 2 hour masterclass also includes pranayama and guided meditation.
